These talents are built on strong analytical ability and progressive people management skills which, combined with a wealth of experience in project and change management, enables him to design, build and deliver the possible and jettison the wishful thinking.
He has led multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in:

He led a business unit, from inception, through the initial growth and challenges of new team formation and was CEO of a company in the business unit that saw new business increase from £54 million in 1999 to £133 million in 2000.
